DATA HANDLING PRACTICES

Six Ways We Protect What You Share

Privacy is not a checkbox for us — it is woven into how we build account flows, store payment data, and handle cookies.

End-to-End Encryption

Every piece of data you submit — account registration details, UPI handles, Paytm wallet tokens — travels over TLS and is stored in AES-256 encrypted form. No one reads your data in plain text at any stage of the pipeline.

Cookie Controls

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which pages load slowly on Indian mobile networks. You can disable non-essential cookies from your browser at any time; your account will still function without them.

Account Security Alerts

Any login from a new device or unfamiliar location triggers an immediate SMS or email alert to your registered contact. If you did not initiate the login, our security page gives you a one-tap way to lock the session remotely.

Data Retention Schedule

We keep your active account data for as long as your account is open. Once you close your account, we delete personal identifiers within 30 days, retaining only the minimum transaction records that Indian financial regulations require us to hold.

Third-Party Data Limits

We share data with payment processors like UPI infrastructure providers and PhonePe only to complete a transaction you have initiated. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

Your Right to Request Changes

You can ask us to correct inaccurate data, export a copy of everything we hold, or erase your personal information. Submit a request through the privacy email or the in-account ticket system and we will confirm the action taken in writing.

Frequently Asked Questions About Your Privacy

These are the questions we hear most often from Indian account holders about how their data is handled on dpboss2.org. If your question is not covered here, our privacy team is reachable via email or live chat and will respond within one business day.

We collect your name, email, phone number, and the payment identifiers you link — such as your UPI handle or Paytm wallet ID. We also log your device type and session IP for security purposes. We collect nothing beyond what is needed to run your account.

Yes. UPI handles and PhonePe transaction tokens are tokenised at the point of entry and never stored in plain text. Only the encrypted token is held on our servers, so even an internal query cannot expose your raw payment credentials.

We share data only with the payment processors needed to complete a transaction you start — for example, UPI or Paytm infrastructure providers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any advertiser, broker, or unrelated third party.

Personal identifiers are deleted within 30 days of account closure. We retain the minimum transaction records required under Indian financial regulations for as long as those rules specify, then delete those too.

Send a data export request to our privacy email or raise a ticket from the Account Settings page inside dpboss2.org. We will send you a structured export of everything we hold within five working days of verifying your identity.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through email or the in-account ticket system. We will erase your personal identifiers within 30 days, confirm the action in writing, and retain only what Indian law obligates us to keep temporarily.

We will notify you by email or SMS as soon as we confirm any breach that puts your personal data at risk. We will also describe what was affected, what steps we have taken to contain it, and what you should do to protect your account.
